Are Prenatal Vitamins And Dha Supplements Good For A Breastfeeding Mom?

I still have several months to go before my due date, but I am wondering if any moms out there took/take prenatal vitamins and/or DHA supplements while breastfeeding. I take them now, and am curious to know if I am supposed to continue them while breastfeeding.

i’d like to start taking vitamins for not only my benefit, but my son’s as well. i know i could just take a multi-vitamin, but im sure there are more specific options out the there. what are some of the best choices for a breastfeeding women in her 20′s? thanks so much.
