What Should I Do If I Accidentally Took Cold Medicine And I Am Breastfeeding?

i took a Nyal cough, cold and flu tablet. I didnt realise that i couldnt take cold medicine while breastfeeding. i am feeding my 5 month old son. What should i do? how long should i wait/ how much to express before i can breast feed him again?
