Ok I Have A Kinda Of Stupid Question, How Can You Measure Out Baby Formula Without The Scoop?

I need to know how to measure the formula per ounce because the scoop is missing from the can of formula for the baby that I am babysitting. It gives you the grams in the scoop but I just need to know how much to put in a 4 ounce bottle.
Someone please help!!!
