i had a baby last week nov the 1 , and im breastfeeding only, and i was wondering how long does it take to loose the baby weight i put on about 20 pounds?

I have been told by my Physician not to use any diet products while breastfeeding. I do exercise and this has been helping me. I do not eat after 6pm. I guess my question is more like does this affect the baby if I do not eat after 6pm? I have found that my milk supply is less now. Baby is 8 months.
