Should I use tap, boiled, or bottled water to prepare powdered formula for my baby?

And how much? My son is now 14 months old – I planned to continue breastfeeding until he’s 18 months but would like to gradually introduce bottlefeeding. Should I go directly to 1+ formula, whole milk or start with 6-12 months formula? And how much should I give him since he seemed to be wanting a lot of bottle milk on top of his breastfeeding?

I am nursing a 5 month old, and will be for at least another 7 months. What kind of birth control is safe to use while I am breastfeeding. I am not interested in condoms, diaphrams, or VCF. Thanks!

I have a chance to write an article on breastfeeding for a magazine. There are so many important things to know about breastfeeding, I wouldn’t know where to start. Any good ideas for a topic would be appreciated.
