    I’ve heard that Weight Watchers is a good option for nursing moms. It helps you limit your portions, but still allows enough “points” for breastfeeding mothers to maintain a good milk supply.
    Other than that, if you aren’t exercising an hour each day, start. If you are already exercising, try changing your routine a few days a week by introducing a new workout video or some hand weights. It could be that a small change in your routine will give you a little boost that your body needs to leave it’s current plateau phase.
