I have a 5 week old daughter and i am breastfeeding. I am wanting to lose weight and wondering what foods are ok to cut out but it wont affect my milk or the quality of what my daughter is getting. after my 2nd child i cut out carbs to lose weight which worked great but after just having my 3rd daughter i dont want to cut out all carbs as than she wont be getting them. she comes first. and i am exercising.

The best way to lose weight while breastfeeding is to cut out junk. Keep eating heathy foods, lots of veggies, fruit. You should eat a variety of foods, rather than cut a nutrient source out entirely.
Weight Watchers is a safe and effective weight loss diet for nursing moms.
You shouldn’t diet while breastfeeding. If anything, cut some carbs, but you still need at least 2000 calories a day to keep your milk supply up.
I would recommend cutting back on cocaine consumption, it worked wonders for my baby!
