I have recently had a third baby and I am worried about gaining weight as a result of spending lot of time indoors eating and breastfeeding. Are there any diets or foods recommended for breastfeeding mothers who want to keep the weight at bay? Please help

I think lean meats, cheeses, bananas and yogurt are packed of proteins. That would help you. You can eat what you want as long as its portioned control. But keep in mind your breast feeding and you need a lot of protein to keep your energy up.
Special K
fruit cups
turkey cheese lettuce sandwich on wheat. light mayo and pickles
pretzels
bana/light mayo sandwich
carrots, celery, cucumbers and light ranch dressing
broiled chicken, pork chops (stovetop with lid on pan)
leave butter off your veggies
go for low-fat noodle and rice sides like the knott’s 7 minute pouches
lots of water- no sodas! sodas give babies gas (at least thats what im finding) also the more water you drink, you feel fuller longer before eating again
pay attention to portion sizes and it’s easy to snack all day at home
i think just to get back to a healthy diet is the best option.
Don’t be snacking on junk like you may have been throughout the pregnancy.
Also, make sure you have a lot of fruit and things in the house to snack on rather than going for chocolate and crisps etc.
When I am losing weight and eating right, I think fiber. It works for me. When I choose high fiber foods and occasional rich treats, the weight comes off easily. I also need to strap the baby to my chest and go for a few long walks a week.
