i think breastfeeding directly would be better than pumping, my breasts sagged during pregnancy, i breastfed my son for 13 months and my boobs have not sagged any more, they've gotten smaller but! which is a good thing since i was an E before my pregnancy.

Pumping wouldn't help you not sag at all, it's the same thing as the baby nursing, except you use it so you can feed your baby in public if you're not ok with nursing in public. You're body will do what it wants, nothing will stop nature, breastfeeding, pumping, or not, they will change.

Breastfeeding is so good for you and baby. When you wean baby, hopefully after at least a year and a half, longer if possible, use oil on your breasts everyday and resume exercise. They will usually look a little bad for about a month and then they start to perk up if you exercise regularly. Pumping is much harder on your breasts than little baby mouths.

breastfeeding does not make your boobs saggy!!. when you gain and lose weight, usually your breasts get bigger and smaller. that can take a toll on them and if you don't wear a supportive bra then that can cause them to sag. breastfeeding is natural and that is what breasts are intended for. you can reduce the chances of getting breast cancer if you breastfeed too. there are no downers to it. And there isn't much difference between pumping and breastfeeding when your breast are concerned. Why would pumping not make them any different.
