Is It Possible To Conceive While Breastfeeding?

My daughter is nine months, and is still being breastfeed. I would like to continue to breastfed her until she is at least a year old. However my hubby and I are talking about trying for number two.
Is it possible to conceive while you are breastfeeding?
It might be TMI, but I haven’t had a period since our daughter was born. Would that affect anything?

Yes, as long as you ovulate you can get pregnant and you still ovulate while breast feeding….

It is possible, but I would say your chances would be very low.

Yes it’s possible, but you’ll get pregnant faster if you weren’t breastfeeding.

It is very possible. I would recommend buying some OPK’s so you know when your ovulating….It wouldn’t hurt to start trying now if your ready…But you’ll have greater odds once your stop breast feeding.

Yes it is possible. My sister-in-law’s 2nd son is only a few months younger then her first son.
