How to remove baby formula spit-up stain on couch?
Hello! My poor baby threw up an almost-finished 8 oz bottle of formula last night, all over me (no biggie) but also on my dark brown couch. Now the white stain is very difficult to remove! Any suggestions on how to remove this? All I have found when I googled “baby formula stains” or “protein stains” has been instructions on how to remove from baby clothes (as in laundry – not going to help me, can’t put the couch in the washing machine!)
Any help would be appreciated ….

I don’t know what will work for you, but do want to caution you on using the resolve as the one person before me suggested. I used that to try and get spit up stains off my couch and it ruined the fabric.
No matter what you use, you should do a test spot in an area you don’t see…maybe the back, just to make sure it won’t damange the fabric.
There’s this great stuff I buy called Kids ‘n Pets…it’s an enzymatic cleaner and it’s safe on everything from furniture to flooring…it even works in the laundry! It’s available at Target and best of all it’s safe to use around your baby. It has taken everything from formula to blood out of our clothes, carpets, and furniture.
Try to put spray and wash with resolve..I love this stuff. It gets stains out of my carpet.I just put a little on let it sit for a few seconds and scrub!! Or if you have a shampooer w/ attachment piece try that.good luck.
What kind fabric is the couchh?
I had a same problem with my bub throwing up her feed on the couch.
Tried the baby wipes straight away before the stain dries. Worked ok for me.
I like woolight with oxygen for pet stains. My daughter spits up all the time and it works..
