I lost thirteen pounds instantly. But ten pounds of that was the baby, lol.
After my first pregnancy I lost forty pounds (all my pregnancy weight) in four months. After my second, fifty(again, all the pregnancy) in five months. Weight loss is fastest in the first six weeks or so as your body dumps all the extra fluid. Then it levels off to maybe a pound or two a week. Breastfeeding does help take it off but of course you need to eat right and be active as well. It’s different for everybody.
Keep in mind also that weight loss does not mean you get your old body back. You can lose all the weight and your tummy might still look saggy because the skin and tissues have stretched out so much. Toning exercises can help with that, but if you’re REALLY stretched out only surgery will take it off. Your breasts may sag from the extra growth from pregnancy and lactation. Get a good supportive bra and realize it’s just par for the course. There’s a reason surgeons call a boob lift and tummy-tuck the “mom-job”.

none -i gained 55 lbs, but lost most of it by paying attention to the portion sizes of my meals, walking & hiking w/my babe daily, drinking losta water, and avoiding processed foods. since i was always underweight, the extra pounds redistributed themselves to give me a curvier look. i bought clothes that flatter my new shape & like myself exactly how i am.

I lost all of the weight gained during pregnancy by 4 months postpartum with breastfeeding. I dropped an additional 10 lbs at 6 month, and another 7 lbs by 8 months. My little guy has been weaned for a couple of weeks, and I am slowly creeping back up to my pre-pregnancy weight.

I was 160 pre-pregnancy and 205 at birth. My baby only weighed 6 pounds full term.
By my 4 week at-home checkup I was down to 184.
I am still breastfeeding, she is 5 months old and I’m at 170.
That is without being on a specific diet or exercise plan.
The skin will never look the same though!!! Time to tone the bod? Lol

I am 10 pounds under my prepregnancy weight on 6 months. This is my 3rd baby, but the first time I have exclusively breastfed and this is the fastest and easiest the weight has come off. Just make sure you do not supplement. It will make your period come back and you won’t produce as much.

I have lost 40 pounds since my son was born. He’ll be 5 months old on the 3rd.
I breastfed for 4 weeks. Didn’t lose much weight just from that. I am now 15 pounds UNDER my pre-pregnancy weight.
