How Many Calories Should I Be Consuming While Breastfeeding New Baby?

I have a almost 2 week old baby I’m exclusively breastfeeding and I have notices I haven’t had all that much of an appitite latley but how many calories (minimum) should I be consuming total daily?

    The amount of calories you should consume regularly depends on your size…height,weight. When you are breastfeeding, you should consume an EXTRA 500 calories per day. Congrats on the baby and on breastfeeding by the way!!! Your doing great, just keep up on eating because you want to be healthy as well and produce a good amount of milk!! =]

    Just eat healthy when you are hungry, that’s it. No reason to count calories.
