How Long Until My Periods Are Back To Normal After Breastfeeding?

I recently stopped breastfeeding my son 2 1/2 months ago. I got my period back asap. Then I was late by 10 days for my next period and now it’s been 46 days since my last period. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. Do you think something is wrong? How long until my periods are back to normal? My husband and I are trying for another baby and these irregular cycles are confusing.

im wonderign the same thing! I got my period back when my son was 8 months in Feb, but I didnt get another till mid april, and then I got it again jsut a few days ago…but my cycle went from 62 days to 36 days…so maybe its starting to regulate now? I have no idea…my hubby and I are ttc too, and I thought for sure I was preggers this time.
