I have inverted nipples, and find it hard breastfeeding my newborn. I can’t get them erect. What should I do?

Pinch them, express some milk by hand, maybe warmth on them like a shower.
Try to relax while you’re nursing. Being tense can prevent things from working right.
Eventually, they will toughen up and you will be able to nurse a lot easier because your newborn will draw them out.
Medela or lansinoh make these nipple sheilds that help draw out an inverted nipple. Your baby nurses over it.
