So called "Vitality" is not a quality of milk, that is not a scientifically proven necessary property of any food we eat. Breast milk is just fine as is. The fear of toxic breast milk has been dispproven many times; it is a fear that is unfounded, no matter what environment you live in, if you are free of a very small group of infectious diseases that could be passed through breast milk, then breast is the best, most nutritious food for an infant.

Eat as healthy as you can, remain hydrated, and get plenty of rest. Be sure to have an antioxidant in your daily diet. And you can drink mother's milk tea (available at GNC) to promote healthy lactation. Another perk about the tea (I found this out on my own and totally by accident) is that the tea also helps babies digestion. After I had been drinking the tea for 4 days, my daughter had WAY less gas and was sleeping better. The tea contains ingredients that soothe an upset tummy so baby is able to eat more at every feeding.
