Can You Mix Liquid Baby Formula With Prepared Powered Baby Formula?

Our baby is on Similac NEO-SURE. I was wondering, once you have mixed up the powered formula, can you then add/mix it with the liquid/concentrate formula?
no the liquid already has enough nutrients in it so there is no need to add powder to it
no its not a good idea – the prepared one is as it should be for your baby
