I have been breastfeeding my son for 7 months and it’s been successful.I have lost some weight but for the last few months I’ve stuck at 74 kilos.What should I be eating?
I started the gym again in November and was told by the pediatrician that it was too much and i should walk.I don’t really have time to walk and it’s too cold to go out with baby at the moment, so what exercise can i do at home?

What’s your opinion on this?
Yesterday I was in Walmart and saw a woman with her infant daughter sitting on a bench breastfeeding. Her entire blouse pulled down. I quickly looked away to be respectful, but thought that she should have at LEAST covered her other breast (the one she wasn’t feeding the baby with).
I believe that breastfeeding is a great thing,and breastfeeding in public is fine as long as you show a LITTLE decency.

Prices of baby formula on Ebay can be less than half comparing to what we’re paying for in store like Walmart and especially on expensive item like Similac Alimentum. But is it safe to buy from Ebay? Very concern buy don’t have a lot of money!

This is day four since birth and baby could well eat his shirt.
When baby latches on, it’s only briefly, till he drifts off to sleep.
Is some combination of formula and breastfeeding appropriate.?
Diapers are coming, albeit slow. Mom’s nervous;
Dad’s a wreck.

I would like to lose weight that I gained during pregnancy and am currently breastfeeding which is supposed to use like 500 calories a day or something but I am not solely breastfeeding, I do also give my baby like 3 bottles a day too so I don’t think I will be burning as much through nursing. Anyone know how many calories I should consume to lose weight steadily? Thanx

My boyfriend’s sister-in-law is due to have her baby any minute today and I wanted to make a few dishes for the new parents so when they come home and are taking care of the baby, they can just heat something up.
How about vegetable lasagna or homemade mac and cheese? What are the best things to feed a breastfeeding mother? I want it to be convenient but also healthy.

I plan on breastfeeding my second child and was wondering if there are any good tips on making it easier. I breastfeed and formula fed my first child and decided to go with only formula feeding after the first 6 weeks. I
