I have been breastfeeding my son for 7 months and it’s been successful.I have lost some weight but for the last few months I’ve stuck at 74 kilos.What should I be eating?
I started the gym again in November and was told by the pediatrician that it was too much and i should walk.I don’t really have time to walk and it’s too cold to go out with baby at the moment, so what exercise can i do at home?

What’s your opinion on this?
Yesterday I was in Walmart and saw a woman with her infant daughter sitting on a bench breastfeeding. Her entire blouse pulled down. I quickly looked away to be respectful, but thought that she should have at LEAST covered her other breast (the one she wasn’t feeding the baby with).
I believe that breastfeeding is a great thing,and breastfeeding in public is fine as long as you show a LITTLE decency.

I would like to lose weight that I gained during pregnancy and am currently breastfeeding which is supposed to use like 500 calories a day or something but I am not solely breastfeeding, I do also give my baby like 3 bottles a day too so I don’t think I will be burning as much through nursing.
